The menu changes regularly, and the Chef cooks with local and regional produce or vegetables from his garden. On today's menu: extra-fresh ingredients and flavours of the South.
In sunny weather, Le Bistrot moves outdoors to the vineyard and becomes the Jardin dans les Vignes, taking good food lovers on a unique journey to the heart of Provence throughout the summer. Built on a terrace beneath a trellis, the restaurant looks out over a magical natural landscape.
