Authentically ProvençalIn 1924, continuing the family tradition, Jules Girard, the son of a distiller, set out on a passionate adventure: to make pastis and Provençal spirits. He set up his workshop in Jonquières, his native town, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, not far from Avignon.
